  • Indian fruit baskets are known as ‘the fruit basket of the world’ due to their nutritional value. Fruits offer vitamins, dietary fiber, and folate which are vital for skin and body health. Fruits are naturally low in fat, sodium, and calories. 
  • Indian fruits include mangoes, bananas, papayas, oranges, apricots, grapes, strawberries, apples, guavas, litchis, and many more.
  • When vegetables are included in a healthy eating plan, the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease and type 2 diabetes as well as stroke and cancer is reduced.
  • A wide selection of vegetables is exported from India, including onion, broccoli, brinjal, spinach, cabbage, green chilies, so on and so forth. Most vegetables contain healthful vitamins, minerals, and fiber. However, some vegetables possess extraordinary health benefits.
